What Is Designs by Deseray?
Designs by Deseray is a collaborative collective workshop studio featuring a variety of creative workshop options, energy work, and a makers market—all located in a beautiful historic Main Street Grafton setting.
Workshop offerings include, but are not limited to: 3D door sign workshops, canvas painting, faux stained glass, twining, doormat painting, wine glass painting, hat burning, and more. Visit the shop during business hours to browse and purchase merchandise made by local artists. Open workshops are offered regularly, and guests are welcome to inquire about private parties and special events.

Designs by Deseray, nestled in the beautiful river town of Grafton, Illinois, proudly opened in March 2022. Deseray creates custom 3 paint workshops for nearly any group size you can dream up!
Whether you’re staying at a local overnight escape, gathering in her cozy Grafton studio (which comfortably hosts up to 18 guests), or looking to add a splash of color at another location, Deseray is ready to pack her brushes and bring the creativity to you. For groups larger than 18, special accommodations can be arranged—just reach out to discuss your needs.
Deseray is passionate about creating a lively, welcoming, and artistic atmosphere for every guest. Paint parties are perfect for bachelorette celebrations, birthdays, team-building events, girls’ weekends, couples’ getaways—basically any reason to celebrate!

Beginning in January 2026, Designs by Deseray will expand into a new location at 128 East Main Street in Grafton, IL.
